Notes for Sales

This is the biggest build we do. Set expectations clearly - 10-14 weeks minimum.
Product CSV upload is included but scoped for a standard catalogue. If client has complex product variants, bundles, or 100+ SKUs - flag to Daniel before quoting.
Ecommerce store setup covers standard WooCommerce config (payment gateway, basic shipping). Custom shipping rules, subscriptions, or B2B pricing = extra scope.
Conversion and sales tracking is included - make sure the ads team knows to set up the correct GA4 / Meta events post-launch.
Always pause Google/Meta ads before launch - co-ordinate with the ads team.
If client wants Shopify - this is a completely different project. Do not use this template. Escalate to Daniel.
Design revisions capped at 2 rounds per stage. More = extra scope.
