For duplicating an existing page on a client site with new content and images. Covers the duplication, content and image upload, meta tags, a round of revisions, and go-live QA. Not for new page designs or complex builds.
Use This Template When…
Section titled “Use This Template When…”- Client needs an existing page duplicated with new content/images (e.g. a new service page, location page, or campaign page)
- The page design/layout already exists - just needs to be cloned and updated
- Client is supplying the content and images (or Numero has it)
- Budget is around $800 and turnaround is fast (1-3 days)
- No new design, copywriting, or SEO migration required
Do NOT Use - Escalate to Daniel When…
Section titled “Do NOT Use - Escalate to Daniel When…”- Client wants a new page with a different design/layout - use Small Task or Feature Build
- Client needs copywriting - not included here, needs to be scoped separately
- Client needs multiple pages duplicated - scope each one or quote as a batch
- Page requires significant structural changes beyond duplication - re-scope
- Client needs SEO migration or redirects set up - not included, flag to Daniel

Notes for Sales
Section titled “Notes for Sales”- This is ONLY for cloning an existing page layout. If the client wants a new design, use a different template.
- Content must be supplied by the client (or already available). Copywriting is NOT included - if needed, scope separately.
- Great for adding service area pages, suburb pages, product pages, or event pages based on an existing template.
- If the client needs multiple pages duplicated, each one should be quoted at this rate or discussed as a batch discount with Daniel.
- Only 1 revision round included. Extra revisions = extra time, re-quote.
- Fastest turnaround of all templates - typically 1-3 business days.
