Web Dev - Small Task

Budget: $500 | Est. Hours: ~2h 45m | Accelo Template ID: 228

For small, clearly scoped ad hoc web development tasks. Minimum 1 hour of dev work. Covers quick fixes, minor updates, small feature additions, or content changes. Not for complex builds or multi-page work.

  • Client needs a small, clearly defined web dev task (min 1 hour of work)
  • Task is a quick fix, minor update, or small addition to an existing site
  • Scope is well-defined and unlikely to expand significantly
  • Budget is around $500 or under
  • No design mockup, copywriting, or SEO migration needed

  • Task is complex or likely to take more than 3-4 hours - use Web Dev - Feature Build instead
  • Task involves multiple pages, new functionality, or significant redesign
  • Client scope is vague or likely to grow - flag to Daniel to scope properly first
  • Task requires third-party integrations, APIs, or custom plugins
  • Client needs a full website or landing page - use the appropriate template

  • Invoicing - confirm payment / approval
  • Project Handover - set up Accelo job, assign to developer
  • Admin / Client Communication
  • Web Adhoc Task (minimum 1 hour)
  • Revision 1 (add more revisions if complex task)
  • Approval / Sign-off

  • This is for SMALL tasks only - minimum 1 hour of dev work. If the task is bigger, use Web Dev - Feature Build.
  • Scope creep is the main risk here. Make sure the task is clearly defined before starting. If the client is vague, flag to Daniel.
  • Only 1 round of revisions included. If the task turns out to be more complex, additional time needs to be scoped and quoted.
  • Good for existing clients with a quick request - not for new clients who need a full build.
  • If unsure whether it fits Small Task or Feature Build - ask Daniel before quoting.
